TriMind Store Template

The problem

Small businesses in Kuwait sell through Instagram DMs — orders get lost, payment is manual, and there is no real storefront.

What we built

A multi-tenant e-commerce template: up to 20 products per store, each store on its own subdomain, online payment via local GCC gateways (MyFatoorah and similar), and order management for the owner through the TriMind app.

Outcome

A fixed-price product delivered within 48 hours of receiving requirements — open source on GitHub as proof of engineering quality.
